Selfish Skateboards is proud to announce our very first collaboration line for spring 2011 “Blood Sport” designed by Prodigy of The Infamous “Mobb Deep”. “Blood Sport” brings us a unique collaboration and concept never attempted before. A board series not only endorsed but also hand drawn by Prodigy himself. This board will be available in stores in Spring 2011.

We understand the importance of sticking to our formula and being the representatives for poverty, struggle & the inner city lifestyle. Havoc and I are proud to announce that we have teamed up with Selfish Skateboards to design a line of boards with the same unique hardcore style as our music. It is very much an honor to do this board. Mobb Deep is a legendary group and my passion for music goes deeper than I can explain. This is one of many collaborations we aspire to do and I’m glad this first one is with such a classic group. It’s also unique and exciting that he didn’t just lend us his name and actually sat down and hand drew a graphic for us. The much awaited video game from Tony Hawk arrives in stores this week on December 4th. Most of the guys in the tech world have got their hands and feet on an advanced copy for a preview. I have not tried it yet. Nor will I. Those who have played it have varying opinions. But one feeling is shared by all, disappointment. It seems the gamers and non skaters find the board too hard to learn, now there’s a surprise. While experienced skaters feel the board is not responsive as a true skateboard. One reviewer even said “….you are better off buying a skateboard and learning the real thing.” Nothing is like the real thing. If you could get a shinner, or rack your nuts on a rail then it would be like the real thing. I sorry but think these games are a waste.
Check what the experts say then you decide.

Time flys when you are havin’ fun and Jeremie Daclin and Cliché Skateboards have been raging since 97′. A lot can happen in that time so its good to be a motivated creative genius with a an affinity for photography to document it all. So now its time to look back on the foot print left on the European skate landscape by this iconic visionary company. Gypsy Tours, Lucas Puig, French Fred and Jojo sick behind the scenes video photos are all there.
